6. Students enrolled in government-sponsored programs (including students enrolled in government-sponsored vocational training programs with a duration of 3 months or more).

7. Students of ethnic minority boarding schools, pre-university schools, and pre-university departments.

8. Students studying at vocational and higher education institutions who are ethnic minorities from poor and near-poor households as defined by the Prime Minister.

9. Students majoring in Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought.

10. Students, trainees, and postgraduate researchers in the following specialties: Tuberculosis, Leprosy, Psychiatry, Forensic Examination, Forensic Psychiatry, and Pathology.

11. Students from ethnic minority groups are very few in number and live in areas with difficult or extremely difficult socio-economic conditions as defined by competent authorities.

12. College and university students, graduate students, and doctoral candidates studying majors in the field of atomic energy.

13. Those who have graduated from lower secondary school can continue their studies at the intermediate level.

14. Students at intermediate and advanced levels, in fields and professions that are difficult to recruit but are in demand by society, according to the list prescribed by the head of the central state management agency for vocational education.

15. Students pursuing specialized fields that meet the requirements of socio-economic development and national defense. an ninh In accordance with the provisions of the Vocational Education Law.

The decree also stipulates the following: The target group is eligible for a 70% tuition reduction. The fee includes:

1. Students studying traditional and specialized arts in public and private cultural and arts schools, including: folk opera musicians, Hue traditional musicians, Southern Vietnamese folk music performers, stage actors, folk performance artists, Ca Tru singing artists, Bai Choi singing artists, and traditional musical instrument performers.

2. Students majoring in traditional Vietnamese music, court music, Cheo, Tuong, Cai Luong, dance, and circus arts; and certain occupations that are arduous, hazardous, or dangerous for vocational education. The list of arduous, hazardous, and dangerous occupations is prescribed by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.

3. Kindergarten children and students from ethnic minority groups (excluding very small ethnic minority groups) in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions as defined by competent authorities.


And the others eligible for a 50% tuition fee reduction. including:

1. Kindergarten children and students whose father or mother is a worker or employee and who suffered a work-related accident or contracted an occupational disease are entitled to regular allowances;

2. Children attending kindergarten and primary/secondary school whose parents belong to near-poor households as defined by the Prime Minister.
