Civil servant salary scale effective from July 1st.

(VTC News) -

From July 1st, when the base salary increases to 2,53 million VND, the highest salary for civil servants will be 25,3 million VND and the lowest will be 3,41 million VND, not including allowances.

The government has decided to increase the minimum wage. For officials, civil servants, public employees, and members of the armed forces, the salary will increase from 2.340.000 VND to 2.530.000 VND, effective from July 1st.

base salary This serves as the basis for calculating the salaries of officials, civil servants, public employees, and members of the armed forces according to the formula: salary = base salary x salary coefficient (excluding allowances).

With a base salary of 2.530.000 VND, the salary scale for civil servants from July 1, 2026, is as follows:
