Minimum speed limit sign

(VTC News) -

What does the "minimum speed limit" sign mean, and how should drivers comply with traffic laws?

Article 36 of the National Technical Standard QCVN 41:2019/BGTVT on Road Traffic Signs and point D.7 of Appendix D of this Technical Standard stipulates that Sign R.307 "End of minimum speed".

a) At the end of the minimum speed limit section, place sign R.307 "End of minimum speed limit" (or place sign DP.135 "End of all prohibitions", if multiple other prohibition signs have simultaneously ceased to be in effect).

Sign R.307 - indicates the end of the minimum speed limit.

b) This sign informs road users that the effect of sign R.306 has ended. From this sign onwards, vehicles are permitted to drive slower than the speed indicated on the sign, but must not obstruct other vehicles.

Accordingly, when traveling on the road at the stated minimum speed and seeing sign R.307 or sign DP.135 "End of all prohibitions" (if multiple other prohibition signs simultaneously cease to be in effect), the previous minimum speed sign will become invalid.
