Rolls-Royce has just unveiled the Arcadia Droptail, a luxury car bespoke for ultra-wealthy clients. Priced at £25 million, it is considered the most expensive car in the world.
The name Arcadia is taken from the mythical land described in Greek legend, renowned for its wondrous natural beauty. Arcadia Droptail combines simplicity of detail, depth of material, and exquisite mosaic artistry.

While the exterior of the Rolls-Royce Arcadia Droptail celebrates the car's shape, the interior clearly reflects the customer's personal taste, with a focus on luxurious wood materials. The color palette and materials inside the Arcadia Droptail immediately highlight the owner's individual style and personality.

Structurally, the car's clock face is considered the most complex in Rolls-Royce history, taking 5 months to assemble and 2 years of additional development. The weather-resistant wood inlays also took 8.000 hours to create. Other wood details also play a central role in the Arcadia Droptail's interior and are highly favored by customers.
The owner gave very specific requests, focusing on the texture, grain, color, and richness of the wood material.

Utilizing the entire outer grille surround, the turbine blades and 22-inch alloy wheels have been finished in a polished paint.

Additionally, the car features a 6,6-liter twin-turbo V12 engine producing 593 horsepower – nearly matching that of the Lamborghini Huracan supercar – paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission that propels the car from a standstill to 100 km/h in approximately 5 seconds.

Carbon fiber is used for the lower sections of the rear of the car, but instead of being exposed, it is painted in a custom silver color to contrast with the white and add a touch of luxury.

Arcadia appeared just six months after the last Rolls-Royce Droptail was unveiled to the public, the 'La Rose Noire', which debuted in August 2023.
