Unique techniques to enhance intimacy.

(VTC News) - For every extra hour of sleep, the chances of having sex with a partner increase by up to 14%, which researchers attribute to increased sexual desire.

Every extra hour of sleep can increase your chances of having sex.

To ensure both husband and wife experience exciting moments together, try these three simple tricks.

Women who want to improve their sex lives should spend more time sleeping.

Conversely, gentlemen should take some time to watch erotic films, which can help improve erectile function and maintain a healthy libido, despite conventional wisdom. xã hội that addiction to pornography will affect sexual desire and create unrealistic expectations about sex.

Get enough sleep.

Specifically, the study, recently published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine, observed the number of hours of sleep and the desire for sex the following day in 171 women.

For every extra hour of sleep, the chances of having sex with a partner increase by up to 14%, which researchers attribute to increased libido. Furthermore, women who get enough sleep are less likely to have trouble reaching orgasm compared to those who get less sleep.

"This finding suggests that lack of sleep can impair libido and arousal in women," commented psychologist David Kalmback of Kent State University. "Therefore, the message is to get enough sleep that our bodies and minds need."

Watching porn

The other study, conducted by UCLA and Concordia University, analyzed data from 280 men, nearly half of whom had girlfriends/wives.

These individuals were asked to answer questions about how many hours they watched pornography each week, their level of sexual desire, and their personal experiences with erectile dysfunction. Then, in the lab, they were shown a pornographic video to rate their level of arousal.

The results showed that people who watched pornography at home were more easily aroused when watching "mild sex" videos in the laboratory.

This means that watching pornography does not diminish libido as has long been believed. They also found no link between watching pornography and sexual dysfunction.
