Guava leaves have many medicinal uses. 

Diarrhea due to weak spleen and stomach function.
Take 20g of young guava leaves or buds, 10g of charred fresh ginger, and 40g of dried mugwort. Boil them with 3 bowls of water until only 1 bowl remains. Divide this into several portions and drink throughout the day. Continue until cured.
Treating shingles
Wash 100g of young guava buds, add 10g of alum and 1g of salt. Grind everything together in a mortar, then add a little clean water and mix well. Apply this mixture to the affected skin area.
Treat toothache
Due to its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, guava can help relieve toothaches and treat gum disease. Boil the guava root bark with a little vinegar and rinse your mouth with the decoction several times a day.

Guava leaves aid digestion by stimulating digestive enzymes, possessing antibacterial properties that kill bacteria in the intestinal and stomach lining, and inhibiting the growth of harmful enzymes.
Take young guava leaves, chop them finely, stir-fry them with a handful of rice, then add about 0,5 liters of water and simmer until only 2/5 of the original amount of water remains. Filter the liquid and drink it. Drink 2-3 times a day.
Treat wounds 
To treat bleeding wounds, ulcers, and bruises caused by injury: Wash fresh guava leaves thoroughly with salt water, crush them into a paste, and apply it to the affected area.
