On March 25th, Torsten Müller-Ötvös, CEO of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, confirmed the suspension of orders for the Wraith and Dawn in all markets worldwide.
Previously, at the end of 2021, the British automaker's two-door models were discontinued in the US market because they did not meet certain regulations.
According to the magazine CoachThe production lines for these two models at the Goodwood plant in England will continue operating until early 2023 to fulfill customer orders.

According to Rolls-Royce, the Wraith and Dawn will not have direct replacements after production is discontinued. Torsten Müller-Ötvös acknowledged that the all-electric Spectre, expected to launch in late 2023, will take on the role of a two-door model in the company's future product range. However, Rolls-Royce views the Spectre as a replacement for the Rolls-Royce Phantom Coupe rather than the Wraith.
First launched in 2013, the Rolls-Royce Wraith was developed based on the chassis of its "older brother," the Ghost. It was also the fastest model from the Rolls-Royce brand at the time.

The car is equipped with a 6.6L twin-turbo V12 engine, producing a maximum power of 623 horsepower and a maximum torque of 800 Nm in the standard version. These figures are 623 horsepower and 870 Nm in the Black Badge version. Combined with an 8-speed automatic transmission, the Rolls-Royce Wraith can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4,4 seconds and reach a top speed of 250 km/h.
Meanwhile, launched in 2016, the Rolls-Royce Dawn is a luxury convertible, replacing its predecessor, the Phantom Drophead Coupe. Similar to the Wraith, the Rolls-Royce Dawn is also developed based on the Ghost rather than the Phantom. Furthermore, the Dawn and Wraith are the last two Rolls-Royce models to use a chassis developed from BMW.

The Rolls-Royce Dawn is equipped with a 6.6L twin-turbo V12 engine, but only produces a maximum power of 563 horsepower and a maximum torque of 820 Nm in the standard version. These figures are 593 horsepower and 842 Nm respectively in the Black Badge version. This 2,56-ton convertible can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4,9 seconds and reach a top speed of 250 km/h.
