According to Mr. Dang Phong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Tra My district, the two earthquakes occurred at 1:10 AM and 4:10 AM on October 24th. However, due to their low intensity, they did not cause any damage.
“Currently, we are continuing to focus on reassuring the people and deploying officials to each locality to assess the situation. After the earthquake on the night of October 22nd, people are very panicked. The authorities are also very worried.”
