Apple is about to revive the iPhone 'Plus' line.

According to Lanzuk, a reputable leaker of rumors about Apple and Samsung's supply chains, Apple will revive the "Plus" name for the 2022 generation of iPhones.

Specifically, the iPhone 14 “Plus” is rumored to have a screen size similar to the iPhone 14 Pro Max (6,7 inches) with the same specifications as the regular iPhone 14 series. Previously, rumors suggested this model would be named iPhone 14 Max.

The last time Apple used the name "Plus" was when it launched the iPhone 8 Plus in 2017. To avoid confusion with the iPhone 14 Pro Max, Apple may revert to using the name "Plus." This makes it easier for users to recognize the iPhone 14 Plus as a larger version of the iPhone 14.
