As is known, the iPhone 13 series was only officially delivered to customers on September 24th; however, some lucky owners received it earlier than planned. SalimBaba Technical's unboxing video was the first to be shared online and quickly garnered user attention.
Video: Unboxing the iPhone 13 Pro Max
The device that was unboxed was the gold iPhone 13 Pro Max, with all the contents of the box including a Lightning to USB-C charging cable, a SIM removal tool, and an Apple sticker. SalimBaba Technical was not allowed to remove the factory packaging from the device or turn it on.
The video shows that the iPhone 13 Pro Max's packaging has a new design that doesn't use plastic, instead employing a strip of paper to seal the box. Apple says they used this new box design to help them reduce their use of 600 tons of plastic... for the environment.
The iPhone 13 series is currently available for pre-order in 30 countries and regions until September 24th. The second wave of pre-orders will begin on October 1st, before the devices go on sale on October 8th. In Vietnam, users may have to wait until the end of October to purchase officially distributed products with the VN/A code.
