On March 8th, according to a report from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health, the number of wards/communes with outbreaks at level 3 (orange zone) in the city decreased from 13 to 4 localities.
After weeks of maintaining their status as "green zones," 13 localities in Ho Chi Minh City have just upgraded their epidemic level to "orange zones," whereas last week only one ward was in the "orange zone."
According to statistics from the Ministry of Health, as of March 1st, the whole country recorded 39 localities in the green zone, 19 localities in the yellow zone, and 5 provinces and cities in the orange zone.
As of 9:2 AM on February 4th, Hanoi still had 9 communes and wards at level 3, concentrated in Chuong My, Me Linh, Quoc Oai districts, and Dong Da, Ha Dong, and Nam Tu Liem districts.
All 22/22 districts and counties in Ho Chi Minh City are at level 1, with only 1 out of 312 wards, communes, and towns remaining at level 2 (yellow zone).
According to the Ministry of Health, as of January 16th, the country has 33 provinces and cities in the green zone (level 1), 23 provinces in the yellow zone (level 2), 7 provinces in the orange zone (level 3), and no provinces in the red zone.
According to the latest epidemic level assessment, all 30 districts and counties of Hanoi are classified as risk levels 2 and 3 (medium and high risk).
The Hanoi Department of Health has just announced detailed COVID-19 epidemic levels in the area, excluding zones 3 and 4 (orange and red) - high-risk areas for the epidemic.
