Party Secretary Dinh La Thang: 'Hire me to lead, the Eastern Bus Station will be completed by 2017'

This was the "commitment" made by the Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Dinh La Thang, to Mr. Le Van Pha (Deputy General Director of Saigon Automobile Mechanical Company (SAMCO)) when SAMCO failed to fulfill its commitment to complete the Eastern Bus Station in 2017.
