With Typhoon No. 12 about to make landfall, Ho Chi Minh City has ordered all ferry services, including passenger boats, hydrofoils, and restaurant boats, to cease operations from 01:11 AM on November 3rd until further notice.
From tomorrow afternoon and evening (November 3rd), due to the combined influence of a strong cold front and Typhoon No. 12, very heavy rain is expected in provinces from Quang Tri to Binh Thuan.
