Having accumulated some savings, Mr. Quan plans to borrow approximately 70% over 3 years to purchase a VF 6 Eco, which will serve both his family and allow him to operate his business on the Green SM platform. According to his calculations, with his current income, after deducting monthly principal and interest payments, he will still have a significant amount saved to cover his family's expenses.
