Quat Lam Tourist Area has been renamed.
Ninh Binh province has decided to rename Quat Lam Tourist Area to Giao Ninh Tourist Area, marking an important adjustment in place names and tourism development orientation.
The sea at Quất Lâm roared violently, and guesthouses were deeply submerged after Typhoon No. 10.
Although only affected by the distant circulation of typhoon No. 10, some coastal communes and towns such as Hai Ly, Hai Trieu, Thinh Long, and Quat Lam in Nam Dinh province were still severely impacted.
Affected by Typhoon No. 10, the sea in Nam Dinh overflowed its dikes, causing widespread flooding.
Although not directly affected by typhoon number 10, the coastal area of Nam Dinh experienced heavy rain and strong winds, causing water to overflow dikes and flooding many areas.
