Researchers have found that your resting energy expenditure (or the number of calories burned while standing still) can increase by 24-30% in the 10 minutes after drinking water.
Drinking enough water daily can boost hydration, which in turn helps promote energy levels and improve mood.
Additionally, drinking water before meals can help you feel full faster, which can promote portion control and weight loss.
Green tea
