Man charged with causing accident that resulted in the death of British female tourist.

The Investigation Police Department of Tuyen Quang province has initiated a criminal case and indicted Sung Seo Chinh (42 years old, residing in Thuan Hoa commune, Tuyen Quang province) for violating regulations on road traffic participation under Article 260 of the Penal Code.

According to investigators, the incident occurred on March 29th on National Highway 4C, in the section passing through Hoa Bac village, Thuan Hoa commune. At that time, Sung Seo Chinh was driving a motorbike with a passenger. a British female tourist Go sightseeing in the Dong Van Karst Plateau area.

During the journey, due to a lack of attention and failure to maintain a safe distance from the vehicle in front, the motorbike driven by Chinh collided with another motorbike. After the initial collision, the vehicle continued to swerve into the opposite lane and collided with an oncoming truck.

The accident left the British female tourist seriously injured. Despite being rushed to the hospital, the victim did not survive.

Following the death of the female tourist, her family decided to donate her tissues and organs to save the lives of three critically ill patients being treated at Viet Duc Friendship Hospital.
